MFLH Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Move Fast Lift Heavy (MFLH), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below and contact us at mflhgear@gmail.com with any questions.
Returns
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
- Sale items and promotional sale orders are FINAL SALE.
- All international orders are FINAL SALE.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If MFLH provides a return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund/credit.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please email mflhgear@gmail.com with your order details.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges, including re-shipping fees for the new item.
- Exchanges are only processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and quality reasons:
- Socks
- Masks
- Patches
- Stickers
- Hats
- Beanies
Defective Items
MFLH does not guarantee exchanges or credits for defective items. If you believe you received a defective product:
- Contact us at mflhgear@gmail.com before sending the item back.
- Include clear pictures of the defect for evaluation.
Shipping & Responsibility
- Customers can use a shipper of their choice or request a return label from MFLH (return label cost will be deducted from the refund/credit).
- To ensure your return is received, request a tracking number from your chosen shipping provider.
- MFLH is not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
