Lift & Move

Our signature class blends strength and functional conditioning to build a solid fitness foundation. Perfect for athletes training for Hyrox, CrossFit, functional fitness, or HIIT, this class focuses on progressive strength cycles, endurance, and functional performance to help you excel across multiple disciplines. Expect targeted strength progression, improved stamina, and athletic conditioning designed for versatility and growth.

Cardio Party

A high-energy endurance class designed to push your cardio limits while keeping things fun. Through interval-based training that includes running, rowing, cycling, and functional circuits, you'll build stamina, speed, and full-body conditioning. Expect motivating music, group camaraderie, and balanced performance development to keep you moving better and longer.

Hyrox

This race-specific training class prepares you to crush Hyrox events by simulating race conditions with a mix of strength and endurance challenges like sled pushes, lunges, and running. Sessions develop strength, stamina, and mental toughness, helping you build confidence and performance for both first-time races and personal bests. Expect event-specific workouts, improved capacity, and the ability to push through fatigue.

Team Workout

This group-based training class emphasizes teamwork by having members work in teams of two, three, or four to tackle high-energy, challenging workouts. Designed to foster camaraderie, motivation, and accountability, these sessions push you to perform your best while supporting your teammates. Workouts feature synchronized movements, shared reps, and strategic pacing, blending strength, cardio, and functional exercises to build both athletic performance and teamwork. With a motivating atmosphere and the power of group support, you'll push harder, stay accountable, and achieve more—together.

The MFLH Gym spans 6,000+ square feet, providing an ideal space for performance-driven training. We’ve designed every area of the gym to support a better workout experience and help you perform at your best. Our facility features:

Main Gym Floor: A large open space for dynamic group classes and high-energy workouts.

Open Gym Training Area: An exclusive space for open gym sessions and specialty equipment access.

  • Echo Bikes
  • 10-station rig for pull-ups, bar work, and gymnastics
