Anthony Baranta is a co-owner of MFLH Original and a head coach with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. His career has been dedicated to helping people transform their lives through personalized training, mentorship, and a holistic approach to health and wellness. For Anthony, fitness is more than just workouts—it’s about building mental resilience, breaking through personal limits, and developing long-term habits that lead to lasting success.
Anthony’s coaching style emphasizes consistency and discipline. He tailors his apprach to meet each athlete's goals, whether they’re new to fitness or high-level competitors. His expertise spans multiple disciplines, including strength training, endurance work, and functional fitness. Above all, Anthony believes in supporting his clients through encouragement and accountability, making sure they always feel empowered to push further than they thought possible.

His career began with a foundation in martial arts, where he earned a 2nd-degree black belt in Kempo Karate. The discipline and focus instilled through his martial arts training continue to influence his coaching philosophy today. You might even catch Anthony bowing out of habit when entering the gym, a nod to his early days in the dojo.

Training & Lifestyle:
Anthony’s favorite workouts include those involving pull-ups, sandbags, and functional strength work. However, what he values most is training alongside a motivated group, where camaraderie and hard work come together to create a rewarding experience.
Outside of the gym, Anthony balances his fitness pursuits with a wide range of activities. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and pickleball, always staying active while challenging himself in new ways.
